Leadership Ontario
Leadership Ontario is a premier professional development program of the Ontario County Chamber of Commerce, designed to empower emerging leaders from local businesses, organizations, and government.
Through a 10-month curriculum of workshops, networking and hands-on community projects, participants gain the skills, connections and insight to drive positive change in our region.
What is Leadership Ontario?
Leadership Ontario is a year-long program that develops the next generation of community leaders. Now in its 4th year — and the first fully run by the Ontario County Chamber — participants gain the skills, connections, and experience to make a real impact.
Leadership coach Kristen Fragnoli guides participants through workshops, networking, and hands-on projects that benefit both their personal growth and our community.
