Why EESS?
At the Ontario County Chamber, we know that a healthy, supported workforce is a thriving workforce. EESS provides confidential, professional counseling and wellness support for employees and their families.
Offered in partnership with Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes (FCSFL), a trusted nonprofit serving our community since 1962, EESS helps employees and their families navigate life’s challenges.
FCSFL has been providing Employee and Employer Support Services to local employees and their families since 1983, ensuring professional, confidential care when it’s needed most.
