The Ontario County Chamber’s ATHENA Leadership Awards is more than a recognition program — it’s a celebration of women who lead, mentor and make a lasting impact across our community.

For more than 40 years, we’ve proudly hosted one of the longest-running ATHENA programs in the nation, honoring leaders who are shaping the future of Ontario County.
