The Small print: Participants will benefit from six monthly facilitated sessions of five hours each, including lunch. Each participant will also benefit from a confidential assessment with the facilitator and virtual access to the facilitator between sessions. Locations and dates will be determined with input from the inaugural participants.
The program is $1,800 per person, due in advance. Chamber members benefit from net-30 invoicing.
Meet our Facilitator and Executive Coach: Kate McCaffrey, Ph.D.
Paradigm Twist Executive Coaching and Consulting is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes.
Kate is an executive coach and consultant who helps organization leaders better understand their own competencies and skills. By focusing on identifying and clarifying their current goals, I partner with clients to determine and devise strategies and specific action plans that enable them to reach their highest ambitions in leadership. I forge collaborative relationships with clients and work with them to create customized, spirited and insightful coaching experiences; provide knowledgeable, passionate thought leadership; and facilitate innovative, attainable strategies for success.
As your facilitator and coach of the inaugural FLX Mastermind Group, her approach is one which is empathic, reassuring, engaging and encouraging. She will work with participants individually and collectively to create a successful and rewarding experience.
Kate has devoted her professional life, having spent almost 30 years in higher education, 20 of them in senior level leadership positions, to the study of improving and cultivating human and leadership potential to drive positive outcomes. Her demonstrated success in developing and executing short- and long-term pathways and vision, affirm her expertise in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that achieve organizational excellence and improve leadership capacity. More importantly, her experience, education and training allow her to help you become the best you can be by drawing on your experience and strengths both individually and as a group.
Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts; a Master of Science in Student Affairs from Colorado State University; and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Studies/Higher Education Leadership from Colorado State University. She is also certified as an executive coach by the Center for Executive Coaching.
